Claim for compensation rejected. No compensation in respect of animal, holding and possession of which is illegal, could be ordered to be paid. As regards these animals which were possessed legally, but were surrendered petitioners were directed to submit their claims to Chief Warden of respective States for grant of compensation and ex gratia compensation.
