Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 – Sec.20, 35(2) – Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 – Forest Land – Creating a right in the properties in question which forms a part of the National Park cum reserve forest without obtaining approval from Central Govt is void and cannot be acted upon.
There is an absolute prohibition on the grant of rights in respect of the part of the "national park" and "reserve forest" in favour of a company without the prior approval of the Central Government is void and cannot be acted upon.
